  • CHRO Association is the premier Association of Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs). Certain CHRO events and resources are limited to only CHROs. Additionally, CHROs typically serve as the primary representative of a member company.
    However, the CHRO and premium content package memberships are organization-wide and the vast majority of member CHROs have broad participation in CHRO by members of their teams.

  • The CHRO Association’s nearly 400 members represent a diverse array of company industries and sizes. The typical CHRO Association member has at least two of the following characteristic
    • The company has an active Chief Human Resources Officer
    • The company employs at least 1,500 employees.
    • The company has annual revenues exceeding $1 billion USD
    • The company operates in multiple international jurisdictions.​​​​​​​
    Please note, CHRO Association memberships are not available to law firms, academic institutions (e.g., universities and colleges), US or Non-US governmental bodies or agencies (including states, local governments, provinces, and court systems), trade or professional associations, foundations or boutique consulting firms.
  • CHRO Association, as well as the premium content packages (the Center On Executive Compensation and CHRO Global) are billed on a calendar year schedule. New members which join prior to October 1 in a calendar year will pay a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the year with the option to renew the following calendar year. New members which join on or after October 1 are required to join through the remainder of the following calendar year. Membership fees for 2025 are provided below:
    • CHRO Association: $19,250
    • Center On Executive Compensation: $21,650
    • ​​​​​​​CHRO Global: $10,350
