The Center on Executive Compensation is dedicated to developing and promoting principled pay practices, human capital management, and governance practices while advocating for compensation policies that serve the best interest of shareholders, employees and other corporate stakeholders.​​​​​​​
The COEC works with the CHRO Association to support the critically important work of CHROs as well as provide them with a stronger voice in the executive compensation debate. More than 150 CHRO Association companies across multiple industries participate in the COEC.
 Available exclusively to CHRO Association members and their Total Rewards Leaders for an additional fee.
