The Center is designed to develop deep domain expertise on the unique role of the CHRO in AI adoption and governance. By engaging directly with member companies at the forefront of AI innovation, we will identify how CHROs are shaping strategy, managing workforce implications, and ensuring ethical and effective use of AI across the enterprise.
