Center on Employment and Labor
The Association's Employment & Labor Group, composed of members from every industry and size represented in the Association, exemplifies this practice. As workplace policy developments shift to match changing social, economic, and technological realities, the Group’s insights and guidance ensures that the Association remains ahead of the curve.
The Group is composed primarily of senior officials and counsel within HR Policy member companies who are directly responsible for employee/labor relations and/or workplace regulation matters, including CHROs, employment counsel, labor relations vice presidents and chief privacy officers and their key staff members.
The Center on Employment and Labor is dedicated to developing and promoting effective employee and labor relations practices that meet the needs of today’s dynamic workplaces, while advocating for sound workplace policies that serve CHROs, their companies, and their workforces.
The CEL focuses on providing the expertise, best practices, and peer network for CHROs and their HR, employee relations, and labor relations leaders to enable their success in the workplaces of today and in the future.
The CEL is made up primarily of CHROs and their HR, employee relations, and labor relations leaders and practitioners. The Center is led by an Advisory Board of member company representatives, and regularly holds virtual events in addition to an annual in-person conference. Membership is available to all Association members at no cost.
