Alexandria is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice, advising Life Sciences leaders on enterprise transformations and the Future of Work. She helps organizations build future-ready skills and operating models, with deep experience in change and culture, organization design, and talent management. Alexandria also serves as Deloitte’s National Human Capital Purpose Leader and sits on the City Year New York Advisory Board. She holds a B.A. from Mount Holyoke and an M.P.H. from Columbia University.
