Brian has over twenty-five years of experience in business development, sales leadership and marketing management. As part of Guild Education, he leads Guild’s work in partnering with America’s largest and most innovative employers to understand how education & upskilling can serve as a key pillar in their talent strategies. His team is proud of the groundbreaking work they have done in numerous industries, like manufacturing, retail and healthcare, to offer opportunity and mobility at scale across those organizations. His teams have helped partner with 100+ of the most respected, global companies around their highest prioritized roles and skills. Prior to his role at Guild, he spent 16 years at BI WORLDWIDE in business development and sales leadership. He enjoys the opportunity to understand potential partners’ largest talent challenges, in order to proactively bring ideas that can help solve them.
Brian graduated with a degree in Marketing from The University of Arizona and did his post-graduate studies for an MBA in Strategy and Finance at The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He is an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs and Arizona Wildcats. He and his wife have two children and reside on the northside of Chicago.
