Colleen is a senior healthcare executive focused on building strategic partnerships with large employers and advancing innovative approaches to employer-sponsored healthcare. She serves on the National Accounts team at United Healthcare, where she works closely with prospective clients to align enterprise capabilities with the evolving needs of national employers and their workforce populations.
Colleen brings more than three decades of experience across health plans, employer coalitions, and policy organizations. Prior to United Healthcare, she spent a decade with the Healthcare Policy Roundtable and the American Health Policy Institute, partner organizations of the HR Policy Association, leading high-impact initiatives for Fortune 500 employers and engaging extensively with CHROs, CFOs, and board leadership on strategy, cost, and innovation.
She was a founding architect of the Health Transformation Alliance, a coalition of more than 50 Fortune 500 companies working collaboratively to improve health outcomes and affordability for employees and families. Earlier in her career, colleen spent 27 years at Aetna in a range of enterprise leadership roles, including work supporting the launch of the Medicare business and leading Group Medicare.
Colleen holds a BS in Management from Post University and an MA in Organizational Leadership from The Graduate Institute. She also serves as Executive Director of Neighbor to Neighbor, a community nonprofit supporting resident in need. She lives in Madison, Connecticut with her husband and has four grown children.
