Donna Dorsey serves as Alight’s Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience in human resources, legal strategy, and organizational culture.
In her role, Donna leads Alight’s global people strategy, overseeing talent development, organizational effectiveness, culture and employee experience. Known for her ability to drive transformation and build inclusive, purpose-driven teams, she plays a critical role in helping Alight create a workplace where colleagues feel empowered to thrive and deliver exceptional value.
Before joining Alight, Donna was Executive Vice President, Chief People and Culture Officer at International Motors (formerly Navistar), where she was responsible for enterprise-wide HR strategy. Her career spans leadership roles across HR, legal, and compliance functions, and she is a recognized advocate for equity, mentoring, and culture-building. Since October 2023, she has served on the board of directors for Root Inc.
Donna holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Rutgers University and a juris doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law with a certification in labor and employment law.
