Kyle is the U.S. Future of HR leader at Deloitte Consulting LLP. In that role, he leads a team of global professionals that collaborate with HR and business leaders on the on-going evolution of the HR operating model, process improvements, AI and automation capabilities, HR technology and vendor partner strategies, and evolving skills and capabilities needed by HR professionals to achieve human and business outcomes.
Kyle has worked with organizations on enterprise and functional transformations driven by various factors, inclusive of merger, acquisition, and divestiture activity, where Kyle has worked on deals with >$130B in transaction value with activity occurring in 50+ countries and employee sizes of <200 to >20,000.
Kyle also serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice, where he is responsible for research and insights on emerging topics, and as the Dean of Deloitte’s Next Generation CHRO Academy, which provides senior HR leaders the opportunity to network and skill-build on their path to becoming a CHRO. Kyle has spoken at events such as HR Tech, Gartner HR Symposium, Unleash America, Transform, and others and co-authored Deloitte’s HR Reimagined point of view and Reimagining CHRO roles and responsibilities for strategic growth.
