Luna leads the Workforce Solutions practice for the Life Sciences & MedTech Industry. She is passionate about connecting people and organizations to their core purpose. She has 20 years of experience helping clients address complex organization transformation challenges, driven by disruption from digitization, regulation, deals, business model changes and cost pressures.

Luna has vast multi-industry Fortune 500 experience, including both consulting experience with Deloitte and Mercer and in industry at Bayer and Credit Suisse. She currently serves clients as a point partner in all transformation related topics as well as a subject matter advisor in organizational effectiveness and culture transformation.
In addition to her work with clients, Luna is a featured thought leader at PwC in the MedTech and acts as a coach in the areas of inclusive leadership and self-growth. Luna has lived and worked in multiple countries around the globe and speaks three languages. She has a Certificate in Conflict Resolution and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School, Syracuse University, where she specialized in Human Resources and Leadership. She holds a Law Degree from the University Autonoma de Madrid. In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, cinema and reading.
