Rinaldo Aditya is an Associate Partner in the Employment & Compensation Practice Group. He assists clients with the full range of employment related matters. He regularly assists multinational and domestic clients in managing complex employment issues, including termination of employment, regulatory compliance and workplace investigations.
Rinaldo advises on a wide range of employment matters, including employment documentation (e.g., employment agreements, company regulations, collective labor agreements, HR policies). He also assist clients in structuring and reviewing employment frameworks to ensure legal compliance and alignment with market best practices. His practice further includes advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, compensation and benefits, pensions, retirement, data privacy, employee stock option plans, expatriate work permits and immigration, sexual harassment prevention and response, social security, and certain aspect of occupational health and safety.
