The CHRO Association’s HR Policy Global is a vibrant and diverse international network of HR professionals from our member companies.

  • Membership in CHRO Global is reserved for CHRO Association members. To learn more about becoming a member, visit our Join page.
  • CHRO Global is the successor organization to both HR Policy Global and BEERG (the Brussels European Employee Relations Group). HR Policy Global was founded in 2021 and merged with Tom Hayes's BEERG organization in 2023 to create the organization as it exists today.  Mr. Hayes remains an integral part of the Global team and continues his work on European issues and EWCs.
