The CHRO Association is pleased to announce that Ellen Christman will join our team November 17 as Vice President of Member Engagement and Experience. To this new position, Ellen brings nearly three decades of experience in development and external affairs.

Ellen will drive member recruitment, focusing on CHROs from Fortune 500 companies, and guide our membership experience team to maximize retention and engagement throughout the membership lifecycle.

She will also lead sponsorship and business development.

Most recently, Ellen served as Head of Engagement and Philanthropy at the SHRM Foundation, where she substantially increased revenue and enhanced visibility among Fortune 100 companies, CHROs, government agencies, and independent foundations. Ellen is based in Bedminster, New Jersey.
