Robert E. Ployhart, Bank of America Professor of Business Administration and a Moore Research Fellow in the Management Department of the Darla Moore School of Business, a strategic partner of the CHRO Association, was also inducted.
The CHRO Association congratulates the members of the 2025 Class of Fellows, who have been acknowledged by their peers as reaching the very highest level of achievement in the profession. These are business leaders who exemplify strategic HR and insightful research—what good looks like in companies and academia.
Since its founding in 1992, just over 200 individuals have been elected Fellows of the National Academy of Human Resources, and 17 individuals have been further honored as Distinguished Fellows. Additionally, thirteen organizations have been inducted as Honored Organizations for their contributions to the HR profession, including the CHRO Association.
