Enact meaningful health care price transparency and pharmacy benefit manager reform so that employers can better control their health care spending. The letter supports the Lower Costs, More Transparency Act (H.R. 5378) and Pharmacy Benefit Manager Reform Act (S. 1339) which include appropriate reforms and would drive innovation, and promote competition and fair dealing in the health care system.
