Previously, Kristi held senior leadership roles including Chief Talent Officer at UnitedHealth Group, Chief People Officer at Skillsoft, and SVP, Talent & HR at Dell Technologies. She has also served as Chief People Officer at VCE Corporation, and held multiple leadership roles at EMC Corporation, leading HR strategies for major acquisitions and integrations.

In addition to her executive career, Kristi is a valued Board Director, bringing strategic HR, culture, and transformation expertise to both nonprofit and corporate boards. Kristi currently serves as a Board Member at the Museum of Science in Boston, where she contributes her expertise in leadership and organizational development to advance STEM education and community engagement.

Throughout her career, Kristi has distinguished herself by leading global people strategies, organizational transformation, and cultural innovation across the technology and healthcare industries. She is widely recognized for cultivating inclusive, employee-centered cultures that drive both talent retention and business performance.

Kristi holds both an MBA and a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Babson College.
