HR Policy Association has released the tenth edition of its quarterly NLRB Report. The report provides a comprehensive update of law and policy developments at the National Labor Relations Board, including significant decisions, rulemakings, general counsel initiatives, and more.
The second quarter of 2024 shed light on how the Board will apply some of its more controversial new precedents from the end of last year, such as Cemex (expanding card check recognition), and Stericycle (standard for challenging employer work rules in organizing drives). Despite ongoing opposition in federal court, the Board continues to march along on its labor law crusade, which has now gone international – this past quarter saw the Biden administration’s unprecedented move to get a foreign government involved in a union election campaign in Alabama.
You can find the above developments and more in greater detail as well as a preview of what is yet in store in 2024, in the latest edition of HR Policy’s quarterly NLRB Report.
