As the situation in Iran evolves, companies are reassessing how they protect employees, maintain operations, and respond to a more complex risk environment.
This roundtable invites senior HR leaders to discuss practical approaches across three areas:
- employee safety in the Middle East
- Global workforce disruption driven by energy and supply shocks
- Heightened risk for employees who work for U.S. companies even outside of Middle East
This will be a closed-door discussion under Chatham House Rule, led by Bill Tompkins, SVP, Total Rewards and Payroll, Miller Knoll and Wen Dong, Senior Director, Global Practice and Policy, CHRO Association, and designed to encourage candid, experience-based dialogue. The focus will be on what companies are doing to support their employees and business — where decisions are clear, where they are still evolving, and where there is no established playbook.
Meanwhile, a member survey will be conducted, and the results will be shared at the call.
This session is intended to be interactive. Participants are encouraged to share perspectives, raise questions, and engage directly with peers managing similar challenges.
