Janis is Senior Director Global Labor & Employee Relations at Wella Company, where he leads a global Center of Excellence and oversees labor relations and employee representation strategy worldwide. Previously, he served as Head of Labor Relations & HR M&A at Siemens Energy, responsible for European co-determination, collective bargaining, and the integration of Siemens Gamesa. He brings extensive international experience from roles at Goodyear and DB Schenker and began his career as a labor law attorney at CMS Hasche Sigle.
