The Fundamentals of Global Labor Relations explores the strategic mindset and thought process of a successful global labor relations executive. This course is for senior executives to successfully lead a global labor relations function, not an introduction to principles for labor relations practitioners.

The course will take place over three days with three to four sessions taking place each day.

  • Day One - Global Employee Relations 101
  • Day Two - Around the World in 180 Minutes
  • Day Three - Looking Forward
