Wen Dong joined CHRO Association in September of 2020. She currently leads HR Policy Global, a premium program for HR Policy members, providing information and insight on key international trends and developments. She is also responsible for member engagement and research.
Prior to HR Policy, she was the International Labor Relations Manager for Walmart, where she specialized in global employee and labor relations. Her other experience includes various HR positions with TRW Automotive in Detroit and PetroChina in China. She received her degree of Master Public Administration from the University of Louisville.
