Christen Supplee serves as Chief of Staff, Experience at the CHRO Association, where she partners with the Chief Experience Officer to drive the organization's strategic transformation into an experience-first brand. In this role, she translates vision into execution, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and ensures the Association delivers exceptional value at every member touchpoint.
Christen brings over 10 years of client success and strategic operations expertise to her role. She previously served as Director of Membership Engagement for the Association, where she was responsible for membership recruitment, onboarding, and expanding participation. She built the organization's first-ever onboarding program and established performance frameworks that elevated service delivery across the member lifecycle.
Prior to joining the CHRO Association, Christen held leadership roles at ArmadaHealth, where she maintained an 86 NPS score while managing 35+ enterprise client relationships.
Christen holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Delaware's Alfred Lerner College of Business.
