As Director of Membership Experience, Jessica plays a central role in fostering strong relationships with members and driving the overall membership journey. She leads strategic operational efficiencies for the membership team and is responsible for recruitment and onboarding, ongoing member education, increasing engagement, enhancing member satisfaction, and expanding participation.

Prior to joining the CHRO Association, Jessica was an Employee Benefits Consultant with McGriff Insurance as well as a Manager of Client Services at ArmadaCare. She brings extensive experience in client success strategy, relationship management, and sales operations. Jessica holds a BS in Communications from James Madison University and is based in Pennsylvania, where she lives with her French Bulldog, Miley.
