She is responsible for deepening C suite partnerships, aligning Alight’s health, wealth, and human capital solutions to client strategy, and ensuring measurable outcomes that drive long term value creation and expansion.

Experience/Expertise

Throughout her career, Kerry has led large-scale P&Ls, commercial growth engines, and global teams across healthcare and technology organizations. She previously served as EVP and CEO of + Oscar Health, where she led full go to market and P&L responsibilities for the commercialization of Oscar’s proprietary AI driven population health platform. As Chief Commercial Growth Officer at Aetna/CVS Health, she drove more than $1 billion in new revenue across a $300 billion commercial portfolio, expanded membership by over one million lives, and strengthened national consultant and channel distribution strategies.

Kerry has also served as CEO of bswift, achieving 62% year over year revenue growth while successfully integrating the company into Aetna, and as Global Head of Sales & Marketing at Mercer, where she managed a $2.6 billion revenue portfolio and led a 4,100-person global organization. Across every role, she is known for aligning strategy, technology, and execution—building high performing teams, modernizing go to market infrastructure, and delivering sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
