Sally Massey became Chief Human Resources Officer of Colgate-Palmolive Company in 2020, shaping the enterprise-wide People Strategy and leading all aspects of the Human Resources function, including Global People and Organization Development, Learning, Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Total Rewards.
Sally works closely with the Colgate-Palmolive senior executive leadership team to align talent, culture, and organizational priorities with business strategy. In 2025, Sally’s role expanded to include oversight of Corporate Communications and Community Giving, further aligning the Company’s people, culture, reputation and community impact efforts to the business.
Sally joined Colgate-Palmolive in 2000 as part of the Human Resources Leadership Development Program and progressed through roles of increasing responsibility, advancing teams in the U.S., Supply Chain, Global Marketing & Customer Development, Latin America and Europe. Sally graduated from Bowdoin College and holds a Master of Management degree from Cornell University.
