Roselyn began her career in the 1980s as a litigator in the United States (Florida/New York/California) specialized in international commercial and labor litigation at two prominent law firms Holland & Knight and Proskauer. In 1995, Roselyn moved to France, where she focussed exclusively on international labor & employment law matters for multi-national clients. After practicing at Salès, Vincent & Associés and Proskauer in Paris, Roselyn joined EYLaw in 2001 to develop its international labor & employment law practice.
Roselyn is a recognized insightful business advisor to multi-national clients worldwide, particularly US & French based. Her key areas of expertise are transformations, transactions, restructuring, and managing day-to-day client needs, such as works councils and union matters, harassment, discrimination, ESG, whistleblowing, and litigation, and particularly, leading cross border project teams globally.
